These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BatchInvoice.co (“BatchInvoice,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
BatchInvoice provides software that helps users:
- Create invoice drafts from text or voice
- Match customers and items with connected accounting systems
- Batch and approve invoices
- Sync invoices to supported accounting platforms (currently QuickBooks Online and Xero)
BatchInvoice itself does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to bind your business, if applicable
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
3. Account & Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining:
- Your login credentials
- The security of your connected accounting platform
- Any activity performed under your account
If you connect BatchInvoice to QuickBooks or another platform, you authorize us to:
- Retrieve customers, items, and company metadata
- Create invoices or records on your behalf
- Store access tokens securely (for the purpose of syncing invoices)
You may disconnect at any time.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use BatchInvoice for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
- Interfere with system integrity, security, or availability
- Attempt to access another user’s data
- Reverse-engineer or modify the service
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
5. Subscription Billing
BatchInvoice operates on subscription billing.
- Charges are processed via our payment processor
- All payments are non-refundable (see Refund & Cancellation Policy)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You remain responsible for any charges until cancellation is completed.
6. Data Handling
Our data practices are governed by:
- Privacy Policy
- Cookies Policy
By using the service, you agree to the way we store and process data, including:
- Invoice drafts
- Customer and item references
- Voice transcription results
- Tokenized authentication with supported accounting tools
We do not sell personal data.
7. Third-Party Integrations
BatchInvoice integrates with external platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online or Xero). You acknowledge:
- Their terms govern your use of those platforms
- Their availability may affect our service
- We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers
- You authorize us to act on your behalf within scoped permissions.
8. Intellectual Property
BatchInvoice.co, including design, code, models, workflows, and branding, is owned by MPINC. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use any part of the service for competitive purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BatchInvoice is provided “as is” without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for accounting errors, incorrect invoice details, misuse of the system, third-party outages or delays, or issues caused by incorrect inputs or misinterpretation
- You remain responsible for verifying invoices before sending.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your subscription will stop renewing
- You may lose access to drafts or synced data
- Some records may remain for legal compliance
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or in-app message.
Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Switzerland.
